Jerry is our Jack Russell, but to me he is my close guardian who protects me from my greatest fear, Spiders…. at one stage when we were getting a few big black spiders in our house I would normally scream, Jerry knew this was not one of my favourite things and he got so used to me shrieking from then on when I walked into my study (in particular) where the spiders would normally be, he would dash right in front of me and instantly look up at the ceiling and walls and scan around the room looking for spiders… funny enough each time he done this there were no spiders in sight… I always wonder though if there was one - what would of he done??? never-the-less he was my protector and there for me calming me down before I could expect anything and that I am grateful for as now he has put little humour into my fear.
