Gallumph was rescued by Lisa on the Saddle Road she was chasing a car so Lisa stopped and lifted her in the back of her car, quite an accomplishment as she is very big and fat. Lisa brought her home and we rand the council and placed notices all over the area - no luck so we got to keep her.
After two weeks we got an orphaned lamb who we put in the laundry with Gallumph who kepy him warm and became a substitute mother for him. One morning the ranger appeared with Gallumph and Bambam the lamb. They had been out for a walk and someone had rung to say there was a dog chasing a lamb, when the ranger arrived the lamb was chasing the dog. Not much later we got 3 baby goats who slept in the laundry with Bambam and Gallumph who raised them and taught them the ropes of lving in our household. When we moved the goats and lamb had to go to new homes but Gallumph now washes, looks after and keeps the cats warm.
