Dobe Tricks

I've got two male Dobermanns who have very different personalities, especially when it comes to eating.
Logan is my older black and tan male who is very picky when it comes to food. My brown boy, Chase, lives to eat and tries to get at Logan's leftovers every chance he gets.
Every night they battle it out - Logan waits by his own food bowl while Chase gobbles up his dinner. Then, Logan begins to pick slowly at his food while Chase stares at him, drooling all over the porch. As if that is not enough, Logan then lies down beside his bowl and enjoys torturing Chase with the tempting meal on display.
But one night, Chase managed to outsmart his friend. During their dinner, the neighbour's dogs ran up to the fence and began to bark with much excitment. Logan and Chase dashed to the fence to give them a piece of their mind and while Logan was busy howling up a storm, Chase made a beeline to his leftovers with unbelievable speed!
Logan quickly realised he had left his food unattended and dashed back to his bowl, which by that time had been licked completely clean by Mr Pig.
He started barking furiously at Chase, who simply walked calmly to the other side of the yard and lay down with the funniest look on his face, as if to say "Snooze you lose buddy."
