what a smart rat arent they wonderful i own 3 myself and i dont belive it when people say eww you own rats discusting because they are beutiful animals. i am sorry for your loss and hope you get more.

Lovely Story,I had a Rat called Ben and he lived for 4 years,he was very smart,loving and a wonderful animal.

I used to have hamsters, but I knew someone who had a rat and he was very smart, too. I don't think rats have a very long life span, though. I'd miss my hamsters terribly when they died - they only lived about 2 1/2 years.
