Tom

Tom was a black kitten chosen from the RSPCA. There are many stories to tell about Tom but one that stands out is about his propensity to void in my husband's footwear. Our wardrobe door could be opened by a hard flick of the paw and Tom would enter and sit on top of the footwear of his choice.
The best effort however was the day I opened the bathroom door to find Tom sitting on top of my husband's blundstone boots which he had left on top of the scales. Tom had his tail up and was just about to start but that day I was the quicker one and won that bout.
Tom had 15 years with us before kidney disease caused his death

I have a devon rex who will always leave her "deposits" next to her litter tray & has done so for all of her 7 years. I do wish these cats would tell us the reason for their offbeat behaviour!
