The Saga of Sir George Trincamole

On November 25 2006 at 0530 in the morning, my dad went down to feed the animals and found the carnage. My parents have a 12 acre herb farm with 11 sheep,3 cats, 2 dogs ,assorted chickens and a Llama named Sir George Trincamole,we just call him George.Anyways, my dad went to feed the animals and found that a pack of dogs had come in the night, torn the sheep apart and severely injured George when he tried to protect the sheep.Poor George he was down and couldn`t walk, we tried everything with George. As a Reiki Master and an Animal Communicator I had my work cut out for me.George was normally very skittish and didn`t allow anyone to touch him but now, he couldn`t just get up and walk away and he learned to trust me.He even allowed me to give him reiki and to communicate with him.He was very depressed,he suffered from survivor`s guilt and guilt at not being able to save his friends.I worked with him as did my parents and my best friend who is also a Reiki Master and Animal Communicator,we even had a healer in Colorado do a soul retrieval on him.My parents built a sling to help him stand,he hated it but he knew that it was for his own good, and my parents massaged his legs and did physio on him with liniment twice a day.We also used Rescue Remedy, amethyst crystals in his water and a mixture of Bach flower remedies that my friend would mix up.We had a Cameloid[Llama specialist] vet come and examine him and he told us that George would most likely never walk again. We all worked with him for months,we didn`t want to give up and I really grew as an Animal Communicator with Sir George as a teacher. We got George through all the emotional trauma but he still wasn`t walking, and then he began to be depressed again,he wanted to go but we still felt that there was a chance and we were not giving up on him. Finally last month October of 2007 my mom saw that George had left the barn for the first time in almost a year, not only that, she spied him walking.we were all elated, the hard work had paid off.Now Sir George is outside,he doesn`t want to be in the barn and my parents cover him with a canopy and try to keep a fresh bed of hay under him but George will have none of it.So once or twice a day my parents have to move his bed and the canopy because he has moved away and they don`t want him rained on and sitting in the mud.We haven`t actually seen him walk again but he is moving around great distances and there are no drag marks. So George must be walking on the sly. This has been a real learning experience for all of us, as Sir George is a great teacher. We have since got 2 sheep and 4 Llamas to keep George company.

It just shows what love and sheer determination and tolerance can do.

well done to brave Sir George; I really do believe that animals decide when to die and he was obviously not ready to give up.And good work on the part of the humans who believed in him.

What an awesome story of faith, courage and love. George is sooooooooo lucky to have such loving people in his life, especially you. Keep up the great work and who knows maybe you'll get to see him walk for yourselves soon. A very inspirational story indeed.
