Sadness Patrol

My kitten Peanut always seems to know when I am sad. The other day when I came home from school I was really sad because some people had been teasing me quite badly. I was upstairs all alone, when Peanut jumped up on the bed and snuggled down with me. As soon as I cheered up she jumped off and continued with her own buisness.

The next day the same thing happened except I was in the TV room alone. Peanut again jumped up and made me feel better. Maybe it's just chance or Cats really do know what you feel like!

Very nice story, Claire. Yes, absolutely!! Our companion animals sense our moods. There is no question at all about that. There is so much communication that happens between a human and an animal who share the special bond of love and understanding. Your story was wonderful. Keep writing!

I believe that animals do sense our moods. I have read that in their own way they have ESP. They sense how we are feeling.
My Mopsey used to sense when I was down and she would do something silly to get me laughing or she would just cuddle with me until I felt better.
Animals are amazing!
I like your story, thanks for sharing!
