Pug Therapy

Here’s a short, though inspiring, story about my 10-month-old Pug, Grover...

Grover is banned from being in my bedroom (unless he's in his crate). It has become his life mission to get in there...he hides under the coffee table in the family room and waits for his chance (when someone opens the hallway door). Then he zooms down the hallway, and into my room, and within seconds he is chewing his way through EVERYTHING!

But, the other day, a strange thing happened! I've had Laryngitis for the past two weeks and Grover must have sensed it. He came crashing into my room, as usual, but stopped short and came over to the bed where I was lying. He jumped up on the bed, curled up next to me, and went straight to sleep (snoring loudly of course). He has never done anything like this before.

Animals are such amazing little creatures!

PS Grover has a facial expression like the pudding from Norman Lindsay's "The Magic Pudding" when he runs into my bedroom.

I think there's an 'error' in this website...my story should actually have 8 paws up, but it only has 3 paws up???

Haha, good one Shazz...

Grover was indeed born in a street called Pudding Bag Road.

And it's his grass roots that have made him such a cute liddle puddin!
